Hemphill County Library Renovation Complete

Rogers-Ford has completed renovation of the Historic Library in Hemphill County, Texas!  The Re-dedication and Grand Opening took place in September 2011, almost 100 years after the original building was built.  The renovation encompassed three key elements:  The restoration of the original building's exterior, the re-design of a previous addition, and the reconfiguration of the interior to accommodate patrons of all ages.
